Terms and Conditions – Ireland Prize Draw

1. Promoter of the Prize Draw

This prize draw ("Prize Draw") is organised and managed by Elti Traders LP, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Ireland, with its registered office at 6 Inns Court, Winetavern Street, Dublin, D08 DV20, Ireland ("Promoter"). The Promoter is responsible for operating the Prize Draw in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility to Enter

2.1 Age and Location. Entry is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are resident in the Ireland at the time of entry.

2.2 Exclusions. Employees, directors, representatives, agents, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) of the Promoter or any company involved in the promotion or administration of the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.

2.3 Valid Information. Participants must enter using their real name and valid contact details. Entries made under false names, pseudonyms, or with incomplete information will be disqualified.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Online Entry. To enter the Prize Draw, you must complete the online entry form available at www.freebeautyadvice.com, providing the requested information and clicking the submit button.

3.2 Marketing Consent. During the online entry process, you may be asked to consent to receive marketing communications. Providing this consent is optional and is not a requirement for entry into the Prize Draw, nor will it affect your chances of winning.

3.3 Alternative Entry (Postal or Email). If you do not wish to enter online or do not wish to give marketing consent online, you may enter by sending a written entry request to:

Your postal entry or email must include: the word "Prize Draw" in the subject line or on the envelope, your full name, address, email address, telephone number, and the URL where the Prize Draw is offered.

3.4 Entry Deadline. Entries must be received no later than the closing date and time specified in the Prize Draw promotional materials. Late entries will not be accepted.

3.5 No Purchase Necessary. Entry is free and does not require the purchase of any product or service. Making a purchase or accepting any optional offers will not increase your chances of winning.

3.6 Withdrawal of Consent After Entry. If you provided consent for marketing during the entry process and later withdraw it, your withdrawal will not affect your eligibility to win.

4. Selection of Winners, Prizes and Odds

4.1 Prize Allocation. The prize(s) will be awarded to one or more winners from all eligible entries received, as described in the promotional materials.

4.2 Timing of Selection. The winner selection process will take place within a reasonable period after the Prize Draw closing date, as stated in the promotional materials.

4.3 Prize Description. The specific prize or prizes, the total number available, and the approximate retail value of the prize are described on the Prize Draw page. If no value is stated, the value of the prize will not exceed the maximum limit permitted under applicable law.

4.4 Odds of Winning. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. Notification of Winners

5.1 Winners will be notified via email and/or telephone using the contact details provided upon entry.

5.2 If a winner does not respond to the Promoter's contact attempts within 14 days, the prize will be considered forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner at the Promoter's discretion.

6. Prize Claim

6.1 Verification. Winners may be required to provide valid identification and complete any required documentation (such as a statement of eligibility or a liability release form) before receiving any prize.

6.2 Delivery Costs. All taxes, delivery charges, registration fees, or any other expenses associated with receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Tax Liability. Winners are responsible for any tax that may be payable on the prize in accordance with applicable Irish law.

7. Prize Forfeiture and Disqualification

7.1 A prize will be forfeited if:

• a) A winner notification cannot be delivered,
• b) The winner does not respond within the specified timeframe,
• c) The winner is unreachable after two reasonable contact attempts.

7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate the entry process, violates these Terms and Conditions, or engages in fraudulent conduct.

8. Modification, Suspension or Cancellation

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control (e.g., technical failures, fraud, disasters, or legal reasons) affect the integrity, fairness, or viability of the Prize Draw.

9. Publicity Release

By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree that if they are a winner, the Promoter may use their name, image, and/or entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Promoter, its affiliates, advertising partners, and prize suppliers from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Prize Draw or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

11. Data Protection

Personal information collected from participants in connection with the Prize Draw will be used in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available at freebeautyadvice.com/privacy-policy.html.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or related to the Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
